Utsav Dangi

Mr. Dangi is a Chartered Accountant qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. He completed his Chartered Accountancy course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. Similarly, he has graduated in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 2014.

Mr. Dangi has over a decade of experience in undertaking audits, & consulting assignments of hydro-powers, telecommunication, portfolio management, banking, insurance, investment, manufacturing and social sector organizations. He possesses in-depth knowledge and tremendous experience in Nepalese Taxation, Information Security Audit, Advising FDI, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Financial Inclusion and mentoring Startups.

Prior to joining this Partnership firm he was involved in partnership audit firm in DAA Associates for more than 3 years.

Santosh Shrestha

Mr. Shrestha holds Master’s Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Mr. Shrestha completed his Chartered Accountancy course from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN).

Mr. Shrestha has more than ten years of experience in auditing, financial management and financial consulting. He also holds two years of Managerial experience in leading business house of Nepal. Prior to start his own proprietorship firm, he worked as an audit manager in one of the reputed audit firms in Nepal.

He also worked as sub auditor form Office of Auditor General (OAG) for audit of Local Levels.

Prior to joining this Partnership firm he was involved in his own proprietorship audit firm Santosh Shrestha Associates for more than 5 years.

He has in-depth knowledge and experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Local Tax Laws, Financial Due Diligence, Liquidation, Consolidation, Valuation, Project Feasibility Analysis etc.

Arun Aryal

Mr. Aryal holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and Master’s Degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He completed his Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN).

Mr. Aryal has more than ten years’ experience in auditing, financial management and financial consulting. He also has more than three years of Managerial experience in an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO). Prior to joining the organization, he worked as audit manager in one of the reputed audit firms of Nepal. He has rich experience in financial planning and budgeting, project management and grant management. He also has in-depth knowledge in Financial Due Diligence, Business Consolidation and Mergers, Business Valuation, Project Feasibility Analysis, etc.

Prior to joining this Partnership firm he was involved in partnership audit firm in DAA Associates for more than 3 years.

Mr. Aryal is also a Founder Director of one of the top educational institutions in Nepal imparting charted accountancy education. He also serves as visiting faculty in top management colleges of Nepal.

Sunil Kumar Das

Mr. Das is post graduated in Business Studies from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He is qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nepal and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). He has completed Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA), USA and Certified Public Financial Management (Cert PFM) from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK and Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer (CPISI) from SISA India.

Mr. Das has more than 8 years of experience in Auditing and Advisory and more than 2 years of managerial experience in Trading, Manufacturing business owned and managed by one of the largest business house of Nepal. He has also served as a consultant for a period of more than 3 years in one of the reputed audit and advisory firm in the Nepal.

Prior to joining this Partnership firm he was involved in his own proprietorship audit firm Sunil Das & Associates for more than 5 years.

Mr. Das has several years’ experience in undertaking audits & consulting assignments of banking, insurance, investment, manufacturing and social sector organizations. He has strong experience in Information Security Audit; mentoring Startups, Banking and Insurance, Manufacturing and Trading Industry, NFRS/IFRS Advisory, Advisory to Service Sector, Advising FDI, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Business Valuation and Nepalese Taxation.

Mr. Das is the present member of IT Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal.
